This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Khaleeej handles booking cancellations, refund eligibility, late cancellation fees, and no-show situations for reservation requests and confirmed rentals.

48-Hour Cancellation Rule

If a confirmed booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the customer may be eligible for a refund, subject to any non-refundable processing or administrative charges disclosed during booking confirmation.

Late Cancellation

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the pickup time, Khaleeej may apply late cancellation charges. The exact deduction may depend on the vehicle category, reservation value, and operational commitments already made for the booking.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear for the scheduled pickup without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, refunds may be denied in full or reduced significantly depending on the confirmed rental terms and associated vehicle preparation costs.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method, bank handling times, and any required internal verification procedures. Some payment providers may require additional time before funds appear in the customer account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused or reduced where there is a no-show, false information, violation of rental conditions, suspected misuse, or any case where Khaleeej incurred non-recoverable operational costs linked to the reservation.

Changes to Bookings

Requests to change dates, car models, or pickup details are subject to availability and may affect pricing. A requested modification may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on timing and availability.
