Customers must be legally eligible to rent and operate a vehicle in Saudi Arabia. Valid identification, driving license documentation, and any supporting records may be required before a booking is confirmed.
Submitting a request through the website does not automatically guarantee availability or final confirmation. All bookings remain subject to vehicle availability, verification, pricing confirmation, and internal review by Khaleeej.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, following local traffic laws, operating the vehicle safely, and returning the vehicle in agreed condition subject to normal wear and use. Any misuse, unsafe operation, or unauthorized activity may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Rental pricing, deposits, add-ons, and payment requirements will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Khaleeej reserves the right to request advance payment, security deposits, identification verification, or additional authorization before releasing any vehicle.
Vehicles may not be used for unlawful purposes, racing, reckless behavior, unauthorized sub-rental, transport of prohibited items, or any activity that violates Saudi law or the agreed rental conditions. Drivers not approved by Khaleeej may not operate the vehicle.
Vehicles must be returned on time, to the agreed location, and in substantially the same condition as delivered, excluding ordinary wear. Late returns, missing accessories, damage, unusual cleaning requirements, or violation of return conditions may result in additional charges.
Khaleeej is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or any rental arrangement, except where required by applicable law. Customers may remain responsible for damage, fines, misuse, loss, or breach of terms depending on the circumstances of the rental.
You agree not to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue website features at any time without prior notice.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be addressed in accordance with the relevant legal framework and competent authorities within Saudi Arabia.
